Digital induction programme for Landshypotek Bank

Landshypotek Bank is a small bank with an important task. Since 1836 it has financed the housing and businesses of farmers and foresters. Landshypotek became a bank in 2013 and is now one of Sweden’s 10 largest banks.

When Landshypotek decided to invest in a digital tool for the induction of new employees, Future First was selected to help produce the solution.

The challenge

To be able to assess a new type of employee induction programme without it initially requiring a major investment.

The solution

Two digital guides to use for the first day at work and then for the first week at work, along with a system for automated emails and confirmation that guidelines have been read. The solution draws on the functionality that exists in the company’s current training portal.

The result

A reliable and automated method of creating a good start during the initial period of employment.
